- Credit card payments for IDMC 2026 require V3D-Secure authentication. Only VISA, MASTER, and JCB are accepted.
- Credit card payment confirmation usually takes about 3 to 4 days. After that, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
- If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder in your mail box before contacting the secretariat.
- If you experience any difficulties with credit card payment, you can pay via wire transfer. For detailed instructions, please contact the secretariat ([email protected]).

2. Student Registration Requirement
- A student is any individual engaged as a graduate or undergraduate in a university or college program.
- Students are required to provide their university ID for verification of their undergraduate/graduate status.
3. Accompanying Person
- Accompanying persons are the people who accompany the participants at the Congress (spouse or adult child who is NOT working in the related dental materials occupation or field).
- Accompanying persons may not attend the oral and poster scientific sessions.
4. Group Discount
- Group discounts are not available for registration at IDMC 2026.
5. Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be notified in writing (via email) to the secretariat ([email protected]) and they will be processed according to the following policy. (Please note that the cancellation or a refund request is not acceptable by phone).
- In case of a refund request for a bank transfer and credit card payments, the handling fee (USD 20) will be deducted from the refund. Refund payments will be made after the congress.

6. Additional Information
- The acceptance of abstract will be sent to the corresponding authors by 2026.07.31.
