  • Please note that if you wish to add the official banquet after completing your registration payment, you will need to request payment cancellation through the IDMC Secretariat and then re-register. Therefore, we kindly ask that you proceed with your payment carefully.

  • International Credit Card Holders:
    • Credit card payments for IDMC 2026 require V3D-Secure authentication. Only VISA, MASTER, and JCB are accepted.
    • Credit card payment confirmation usually takes about 3 to 4 days. After that, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
    • If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder in your mail box before contacting the secretariat.
    • If you experience any difficulties with credit card payment, you can pay via wire transfer. For detailed instructions, please contact the secretariat (idmc2026@gmail.com).
  • Korean Credit Card Holders (한국 신용 카드 소지자):
    • Payments via the international system are unavailable for cards issued in Korea.

Student Verification Requirement 

  • Student must provide (1) a signed confirmation letter of current student status on university letterhead from their learning institute AND submit (2) IDMC 2026 Student Verification Form.

  • Individuals who already hold a PhD degree are not eligible for Student Registration.

2. Student Registration Requirement

  • A student is any individual engaged as a graduate or undergraduate in a university or college program. 
  • Students are required to provide their university ID for verification of their undergraduate/graduate status.  

3. Accompanying Person

  • Accompanying persons are the people who accompany the participants at the Congress (spouse or adult child who is NOT working in the related dental materials occupation or field).
  • Accompanying persons may not attend the oral and poster scientific sessions.

4. Group Discount

  • Group discounts are not available for registration at IDMC 2026.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be notified in writing (via email) to the secretariat (idmc2026@gmail.com) and they will be processed according to the following policy. (Please note that the cancellation or a refund request is not acceptable by phone).
  • In case of a refund request for a bank transfer and credit card payments, the handling fee (USD 20) will be deducted from the refund. Refund payments will be made after the congress.

6. Additional Information

  • The acceptance of abstract will be sent to the corresponding authors by 2026.07.31.
